“I discovered this Dutch DJ in Amsterdam. He is mixing the hip-hop vibe with house music like no one else!”
– David Guetta
It has been over a year since his last visit to the Marquee Sydney dance floor, but in just a few days Dirty Dutch king Chuckie will make his ultimate return with some head banging EDM anthems to kick start the Future Music Festival celebrations.
Born in Suriname, Amsterdam this rising superstar brought his hip hop attitude over to the house genre and somewhat revolutionized the dance scene. He quickly created a name for himself in the 2000’s with the emerging dirty house scene, where he made famous the Dirty Dutch. Over the years Chuckie’s personal club concept of ‘Dirty Dutch’ evolved from a small urban event for 6,000 to a huge house night for 30,000.
By night he is throwing the wildest parties but by day he is a proud humanitarian as he spends his spare time doing charity work. He is a big supporter for Dance4Life, is an ambassador of UNICEF Den Haag, the integration plan and the Red Cross Initiative “B the Change”.
Chuckie’s innovative sound and fiery mixing skills have helped him create massive tracks including “Let The Bass Kick“, “Aftershock” and “Make Some Noise” ft. Junxterjack. His characteristic house sets and explosive beats have been heard all over the world from France to England, from Morocco to Ibiza, and now it is time for him to return to Marquee Sydney.
It has been far too long since this mastermind of the turntables partied with us down under, so let’s give him a great big welcome this Saturday night! Tickets are quickly disappearing so grab yours here and get ready to bring the Dirty Dutch to the dance floor.
