Known for her signature tattoos and edgy personality, Ruby has been in the spotlight since she was a teenager. But her first major gig was when she became an official VJ for MTV Australia in 2002. She now has a huge list of achievements under her belt, from appearing on the panel of Network Ten’s 7pm Project to guest judging and co-hosting the Australia’s Next Top Model Finale.
Besides being a host for the iconic Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras celebrations on Foxtel, Ruby has also designed her own fashion label called Milk & Honey, collaborated with street footwear brand Gallaz and was chosen to be the Australian ambassador for Maybelline New York.
But don’t be fooled by those piercing eyes, Ruby Rose is more than just good looks. As an ambassador for the National Anti-Bullying Campaign and Headspace (Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation), she is a prime example of the ‘Whole Package’.
Despite living such a hectic lifestyle Ruby still manages to fit into her schedule one of her biggest passions – Djing. She has performed at the hottest clubs, parties and festivals all around the world, is the host for the Party People radio show on 104.1FM and is now working on her first solo album.
